Song Nguyen Automation Technology Joint Stock Company would like to provide our customers with the following shipping and delivery policies:
1. Free Shipping:
Free delivery is applicable within Ho Chi Minh City’s inner districts for orders valued at 10,000,000 VND or more.
2. Paid Shipping:
For all cases not covered under the free shipping policy, shipping fees will be applied according to the third-party courier’s fee schedule or the company’s internal shipping rates. These charges will be communicated and confirmed with the customer before payment and dispatch.
3. Delivery Time:
– For Ho Chi Minh City inner districts: 1 – 2 days.
– For other provinces/cities: Delivery time depends on the transportation distance.
In some unforeseen circumstances, delivery may be delayed due to force majeure conditions such as bad weather, traffic disruptions, vehicle breakdowns, etc.

4. Responsibility for Shipped Goods:
– The company is responsible for the goods and any risks such as loss or damage during the transportation process from our warehouse to the customer.
– Customers must inspect the goods upon receipt. If any damage or incorrect items are found, customers must document the issue with the delivery staff and immediately notify our Customer Service department via Hotline.
– If the customer accepts and signs for the goods without any notes or remarks about product conditions, the company will not be responsible for later claims regarding damage or incorrect items.
– If the customer selects and arranges their own shipping provider, the customer assumes full responsibility for the goods and any risks such as loss or damage during transit from our warehouse to the destination. The customer is also responsible for all related shipping costs and losses.
5. Other Conditions:
– If the delivery address is unclear, located in hazardous areas, mountainous or difficult-to-access locations, we reserve the right to decline delivery services.
– In cases of force majeure events such as natural disasters, floods, bridge or road damage, we will not be responsible for compensation related to late deliveries or failure to deliver to the agreed location.
– If we successfully deliver to the agreed location, but the customer requests to return the goods for any reason, the customer must bear the return shipping costs.
– During special events or holidays, where traffic regulations impose restrictions (e.g., road closures for specific vehicles), delivery times may change. In such cases, we will contact the customer to arrange a new delivery schedule.
