In the event of incorrect information arising from Song Nguyen, where Song Nguyen can prove that the error was caused by the system or a third party (incorrect product pricing, incorrect origin, etc.), Song Nguyen will compensate the customer with a discount code for future purchases. The value of the discount code will depend on each specific case, and Song Nguyen reserves the right not to proceed with the erroneous transaction.
